Help for you

Help for you

It can be hard to look for help for drug related intimdation for many reasons. People tell us they are afraid of consequences and someone finding out. They are worried that they will be judged. They are worried that they will not have choices or will not be heard or understood. There are safe and confidential services in your area where you can talk about what is happening with specially trained staff.

If you are impacted by drug related intimidation you can contact the Drug & Alcohol Task Force Co-ordinator for your area.  They will then advise you of local safe and confidential services & supports to include drug and alcohol community-based services, family support services and supports offered by An Garda Síochána i.e. the Drug Related Intimidation Reporting Programme.  You can also be put in contact with the DRIVE Lead/Liaison where they will assist you and refer you to relevant services.
