DRIVE Training

DRIVE Training is currently under development.

It is hoped to commence the roll out in community settings across the country soon.

 

There will be three strands to this training.

1. DRIVE Train the Trainer programme. Training those who will deliver DRIVE Practitioner training and DRIVE Brief Advisor training across all Drug & Alcohol Task force areas.

2. DRIVE Practitioner Training. A one-day training programme for workers in frontline services who support people experiencing Drug Related Intimidation and Violence.

3. DRIVE Brief Advisor Training. An awareness programme for people in community settings who may come into contact with individuals experiencing Drug Related Intimidation and Violence.
